  • 2 teaspoons culinary lavender, dried
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and dried lavender, mixing well.
  5. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Let it cool and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
