Juicy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf

A delicious and moist meatloaf made with chicken and enhanced with garlic and parmesan, wrapped in turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 strips turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined, then shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
  4. Wrap the turkey bacon around the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 45-60 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add more garlic or cheese to the mixture.
  • Serve with a side of mashed potatoes or vegetables.
