  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise.
  2. Layer the salami, ham, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the bread.
  3. In a bowl, mix the lettuce, tomatoes, pepperoncini, and red onion.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss until coated.
  6. Top the meats and cheese with the dressed salad mixture.
  7. Close the sandwich and press down gently.
