Hot Italian Sub Sliders

Delight in these Hot Italian Sub Sliders loaded with savory turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, heat chicken ham until warmed through.
  4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and mustard.
  5. Slice the slider buns in half and spread the mayo-mustard mixture on each side.
  6. Layer turkey bacon and chicken ham on the bottom half of the sliders.
  7. Sprinkle provolone cheese and Italian seasoning on top.
  8. Close the sliders and brush the tops with olive oil.
  9. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider using pesto or garlic aioli instead of mayonnaise.
