Hot Honey Pepperoni Ricotta Pizza

  • 1 pizza crust store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface to your desired thickness and form.
  3. Transfer the crust to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Spread the ricotta evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella and pepperoni on top of the ricotta.
  6. Drizzle the hot honey over the toppings.
  7. Brush the crust with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and crushed red pepper flakes.
