- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a doughnut pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
