  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine granulated sugar, corn syrup, water, honey, and salt. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Once the sugar mixture reaches 240°F, remove it from heat. Slowly mix in the gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased dish and let it set for at least 4 hours.
  6. Once set, dust with powdered sugar and cut into squares.
