Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning, black beans, corn, chicken broth, and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream. Simmer for 15 minutes.
