  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups hot fudge sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture.
  5. Pour half of the batter into a greased springform pan.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer.
  8. Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl with hot fudge.
  9. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool before frosting with whipped cream and topping with nuts.

Notes

  • Serve chilled for the best flavor.
  • Can be topped with additional hot fudge and whipped cream.
