- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, honey, coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
