- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
