  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, grated carrots, honey or maple syrup, almond butter, ground cinnamon, and baking powder.
  3. Fold in the raisins and walnuts if using.
