- 2 cups shredded hash browns
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine hash browns, ham, and cheese.
- Press the hash brown mixture into the bottom of a greased muffin tin.
