- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, followed by dollops of the cream cheese mixture.
