  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 teaspoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil to the beef and mix well.
  3. In a separate pot, blanched the spinach and bean sprouts, then sauté the carrots.
