  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook until chicken is no longer pink, about 7-8 minutes.
