Goat Cheese Croissant Sandwich

A delicious goat cheese croissant sandwich that features indulgent turkey bacon for a perfect breakfast or brunch option.

  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 handful fresh arugula
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. Slice the croissants in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread goat cheese on both halves of the croissants.
  5. Layer the crispy turkey bacon, sliced avocado, and arugula on the bottom half of the croissant.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil, top with the other half of the croissant, and bake for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
