  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix warm water and sugar, then add the yeast and let it sit until frothy.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, oregano, and garlic.
  4. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  6. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  7. Shape the dough into rolls and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops with more melted butter and sprinkle with extra cheese if desired.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
