- 1 loaf brioche bread
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Cut the brioche bread into cubes and add to the egg mixture, making sure the bread is fully submerged.
- Fold in the chopped turkey bacon.
