- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until soft.
- Add rice and cook for a couple of minutes until slightly toasted.
- Stir in chicken broth, diced chicken ham, chopped turkey bacon, paprika, black pepper, green peas, and soy sauce.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
- Fluff rice with a fork and serve warm.
