Farmer’s Casserole

A delightful and easy-to-make casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 4 cups hash browns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop.
  3. In a large bowl, combine hash browns, chicken ham, cooked bacon, and shredded cheese.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  5. Pour the milk mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden on top.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider mixing in bell peppers or onions.
  • Feel free to use a different type of cheese if desired.
