- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
- 1 loaf French baguette
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, lightly toast sliced chicken ham.
