  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups egg noodles

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened.
  3. Add the beef cubes and brown on all sides.
  4. Stir in paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

  7. In the last 15 minutes of cooking, add the egg noodles.
