Eggs Benedict Casserole

A delicious twist on the classic Eggs Benedict, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cube the bread and place in a greased casserole dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the bread cubes.
  5. Sprinkle cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheese, and chives over the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
