  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
  3. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
  4. In the same skillet, cook ground turkey until browned.
  5. Add cooked rice, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning to the turkey mixture.
  6. Stuff the bell peppers with the mixture and top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
