Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 cups bread cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; mix well.
  4. In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, layer the bread cubes, cooked turkey bacon (chopped), and shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layers.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
