Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup miso paste
  • 2 pieces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring vegetable broth to a simmer.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
  4. Dissolve miso paste in a small amount of hot broth, then add to the pot.
  5. Add spinach, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil; stir well.
  6. Let it heat through for a few minutes before serving.
