Easy Miso Soup

An easy and delicious recipe for miso soup that will warm you up and add flavor to your day.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup miso paste
  • 1 cup tofu, cubed
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup seaweed (wakame)

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add the miso paste and stir until dissolved.
  3. Lower the heat and add the tofu and seaweed, cooking for another 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions just before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add vegetables like mushrooms or spinach for extra nutrition.
