Easy Miso Soup

An easy recipe for miso soup that’s perfect for cozy nights at home.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons miso paste
  • 1 cup silken tofu, cubed
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup seaweed (wakame), rehydrated

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Reduce heat and whisk in the miso paste until dissolved.
  3. Add cubed tofu and rehydrated seaweed, and simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Serve hot, topped with green onions.

Notes

  • Adjust the miso paste to taste.
