- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
