  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, warm the milk and mix in the melted butter, followed by the eggs.
  3. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread a mixture of cinnamon and brown sugar over it.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut it into slices.
  8. Place the slices on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  10. Prepare the frosting by mixing cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  11. Once the rolls are out of the oven, frost them while they are still warm.
