- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same pot, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in diced potatoes, cover, and simmer until tender.
- Lower the heat, add cheese, heavy cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese melts.
- Garnish with crumbled bacon before serving.
