Easy Butternut Squash

A delicious and comforting dish made with butternut squash and turkey bacon, perfect for a cozy dinner.

  • 1 medium butternut squash
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cube the butternut squash.
  3. In a bowl, toss the squash cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the squash on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. While the squash is baking, cook the turkey bacon in a pan until crispy.
  6. Chop the cooked bacon and add it to the squash along with the fresh sage.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
