Easy Asian Dumpling Potsticker Soup

  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups potstickers (frozen or homemade)
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until softened.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and water, bringing it to a boil.
  4. Once boiling, add the potstickers and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Add the chopped bok choy, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
