Easter Fruit Pizza

A refreshing and colorful dessert to celebrate Easter.

  • 1 large sugar cookie dough
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups assorted fresh fruits (kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spread the sugar cookie dough into a pizza pan.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden, then allow it to cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie crust.
  5. Decorate with assorted fresh fruits in a desired pattern.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
