Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water and drain.
  2. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the quinoa.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until the water is absorbed.
  4. Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
