- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the chicken, enchilada sauce, and half of the cheese.
- Warm the tortillas on a skillet until soft.
- Spoon the chicken mixture into each tortilla and roll them up.
