- 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
- ¼ cup chocolate shavings
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add in the heavy cream and Baileys, then mix until whipped.
- In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until set.
- Layer half of the whipped cream mixture at the bottom of a trifle dish.
- Then add a layer of chocolate pudding, followed by crushed cookies.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with the whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best results, allow the trifle to set overnight in the fridge.
- Feel free to substitute with non-alcoholic cream if preferred.
