Decadent Baileys Chocolate Cheesecake Trifle

A rich and creamy dessert that combines the flavors of Baileys Irish Cream and chocolate in a layered trifle.

  • 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
  • ¼ cup chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add in the heavy cream and Baileys, then mix until whipped.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until set.
  4. Layer half of the whipped cream mixture at the bottom of a trifle dish.
  5. Then add a layer of chocolate pudding, followed by crushed cookies.
  6. Repeat the layers, finishing with the whipped cream on top.
  7. Garnish with chocolate shavings and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, allow the trifle to set overnight in the fridge.
  • Feel free to substitute with non-alcoholic cream if preferred.
