  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Immerse brioche slices in the mixture, allowing them to soak for a few minutes.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, cook the soaked brioche slices until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Serve the French toast topped with crispy turkey bacon.

Notes

  • For a caramelized top, sprinkle sugar on the cooked French toast and use a kitchen torch to brûlée.
