A delicious and comforting dish featuring crispy gnocchi paired with turkey bacon and a creamy chicken ham sauce.

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Add the gnocchi and cook until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Stir in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and shredded chicken.
  5. Mix in Parmesan cheese and the chopped turkey bacon.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
