- 1 pound gnocchi
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 ounces chicken ham
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from pan and chop.
- In the same pan, add chicken ham and sauté for a few minutes.
- Mix in cooked gnocchi, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until gnocchi is crispy.
- Stir in chopped parsley before serving.
