  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken on both sides until browned, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add the rice and chicken broth to the skillet, bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer until the rice is cooked and chicken is tender, about 20-25 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
