Creamy Roast Garlic

A delicious creamy pasta recipe featuring roast garlic and turkey bacon for a delightful meal.

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 head garlic
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap the garlic head in foil and roast for about 30-35 minutes until tender.
  3. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  4. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  5. In a saucepan, heat olive oil, squeezed garlic, cream, and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cooked pasta along with turkey bacon; mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes
