  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic in bacon grease until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper; stir until smooth.
