  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package directions and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Add cooked tortellini and chopped turkey bacon to the sauce. Stir to combine.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with extra parmesan if desired.
