- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Cook the tortellini according to package directions and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
