  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (15 ounces) crushed tomatoes

  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
