2 chicken breasts
8 ounces fettuccine pasta
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 bell pepper
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
While the pasta cooks, season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
Remove chicken from the pan and slice it.
Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the same pan and sauté until softened.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and combined.
Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce, mixing well to coat.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then serve warm.
