  • 2 tablespoons flour

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a pot until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. Add onions and mushrooms to the pot, sauté until soft.
  3. Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir well.
  4. Gradually add chicken broth, whisking to combine.
  5. Bring to a simmer, then add heavy cream and spices.
  6. Chop the turkey bacon and add it back to the soup.
  7. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, adjust seasoning, and serve hot.
