Cracked Garlic Steak Tortellini

  • 1 pound steak, cut into strips
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add steak strips.
  3. Season steak with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, then cook until browned.
  4. Add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes to the skillet; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cooked tortellini and basil, cooking until heated through.
