  • 8 ounces chicken ham
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and then add milk, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Add the cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, diced bell peppers, and onions to the egg mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
