Crack Breakfast Casserole

A delicious and easy-to-make breakfast casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 8 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 4 cups cubed bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a greased baking dish, layer the bread cubes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the layers.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the top is golden and set.

Notes

  • Let the casserole sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight before baking.
